Due to the low processing temperature of the biodegradable granules we found a way to use a balloon as a flexible mold. After filling the balloon with biodegradable thermoplastic granules we sculpt the mold into an object. When the mold is dipped in hot water the granules melt and bond. After cooling we remove the balloon and a unique object is finished.
