Kiko Milano selected designer Ross Lovegrove to create a packaging for a collection. With their ergonomic lines, the products are compact and easy to use, designed for what Lovegrove calls “nomadic portability”.
Royal Mahuida (which means ‘Native Forest’ in Mapuche Chilean natives’ language) is a tribute to the Inca Empire, devastated by Spanish conquerors. Incas, according to local traditional stories, had to bury and hide their gold in the Chilean native forest.
SUPLE is a fixation system that allows joining elements with “several legs” into a single connector piece. As the Chilean traditional suple used in the construction field, it enables articulating different elements that cannot connect by themselves.
