THE LOAF IN A BOX a temporary bakery in Donostia

They started in 2009 with the bread courses of Ibán Yarza in The Glutton Club. Published in 2011 under the label Glutton Books, one of the reference books for fans of the bakery. In 2012, they opened with its author, international guru of bread Dan Lepard, The Loaf In a Box. The Loaf In a Box was a temporary bakery, conceived for three months in Donostia.
