Released in April 2016, Pliè chair was designed by Studio Klass for FIAM Italia. The reference to the modern Milanese architecture of the post-war period, composed by lines and shapes always characterized by a rigorous logic.
It has quality, personality, elegance, the right point of romanticism and lots of versatility, just right for the home as well as contract. The structure is made of cast aluminium and laminates are of extruded aluminium. Painted in Axalta Anodic colour. Seat and back-rest are upholstered in BD’s different materials and leathers.
The Kuskoa collection is inspired by the first plastic chairs designed by Robin Day. But in this case, all the chair is crafted out of wood, providing a warm appearance, comfort and resistance. The shell, front upholstered or fully in wood, perches delicately on a frame of solid wood.
